• RDB Star Rating Scheme
Pembroke Lodge have recently achieved an RDB Star Rating of 5 Stars. As part of this annual scheme, confidential satisfaction questionnaires are completed at least every six months by residents, families and professionals, on the care and services we provide. This important feedback is used to continually improve our care and services. The RDB Star Rating Scheme is annually accredited by UKAS.
• Social Care Commitment
Pembroke Lodge is committed to improving its services and the experience of our residents and staff members. We are a part of the Social Care Commitment which is made up of seven ‘I will’ statements which help us to improve our services and achieve our goals.
